This much needed funding will go towards, and is essential for, the survival and development of sports such as Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Tennis, Trackchair Racing, and Hand Cycling.

Such sports are enjoyed by people covering a wide range of disabilities.

The cyclists passed through Antrim, Randalstown, Toome, Ballyronan, Portadown, Lurgan and Crumlin before returning to the finish at Antrim Forum.

Special thanks should also go to JBE Building Services Ltd, Ballymena, and Alan McComb Joinery, Dundrod, for providing service vans on the day of the event, and to the catering ladies for a job well done.
