Clubs asked to leave their ‘mark’

Banbridge District Council in conjunction with Sport NI and the Southern Sports Partnership are offering sports clubs from across the district the opportunity to find out more about Clubmark NI.

Clubmark NI is a national junior sports club accreditation programme that is endorsed by Sport NI, the leading public body for the development of sport in Northern Ireland.

The programme aims to identify, develop, accredit and recognise high quality junior sports clubs and the contribution that they make to the development of sport in Northern Ireland.

An information evening has been organised for Wednesday 15 May 2013 at Banbridge Hockey Club, Havelock Park, Banbridge, at 7.00pm to allow interested sports club the chance to find out more about this worthwhile programme and learn about a number of incentives available to clubs who achieve accreditation.

At the end of the evening there will also be an opportunity for club’s to have 1 to 1 discussions with development officers who will be able to offer further support and guidance.
