Coaching course to help find the next Andy Murray

King George V Playing Fields in Banbridge and Rathfriland Community Centre are set to serve up a week-long tennis course for children and young people aged 6-14 years later this month.

The professionally coached courses will enable young tennis fans to improve their skills as well as make new friends.

Both courses will run from Monday 29 July to Friday 2 August with the Banbridge course running from 10am–12pm and the Rathfriland course from 2–4pm.

The weekly cost to participate in each course is £18 for the first child and each additional child from the same immediate family costs £14.

The courses which are one of many being offered as part of Banbridge District Council’s Summer Activity Programme for Young People, has been organised in conjunction with the Sport NI Lottery Funded initiative, Active Communities.
