Coleraine Cricket Club supports Billy's book

At the event, Tom McClelland, on behalf of the club, presented a cheque to Bobby Platt, author of the forthcoming book, “A History of Coleraine Cricket Club 1853 to 2010”.

Billy’s 500 to 600 page illustrated history of cricket and the surrounding areas - Ballymoney, Balnamore, Bushmills, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballinteer, Articlave, Macosquin, Downhill and Castlerock - over the past 158 years is scheduled for publication next May.

Coleraine Cricket Club’s welcome donation will help with printing costs.

All proceeds from the book, following the payment of printing costs, will be donated to the charity Still Birth and Neonatal Death Society (SANDS).
