

Sixteen year old Connor gave the opposition a one year advantage in the U18 race staged at Jordanstown as he claimed 13th place from an overall entry of 75 athletes.
His finishing time for the 3.3 mile course was 18mins 52 secs.

Also in action was 12 year old Rebecca Walace who, like Connor, was at an age disadvantage in the U14 girls race.
She however produced a fine performance to finish 9th in 10mins 29 secs over the 2500 metres course.

Mark McKinstry produced a time performance to claim 7th place in a field laced with quality in the male open race at Jordanstown.
His time for the 5 mile course was 25mins 32 ssecs. Thee was an overall entry of 128 athletes.
FOURTH ANNIVERSARY

This coming weekend Fit N Running will celebrate their fourth anniversary with a night out at the Pizza Parlour in Ballymena.
A big turn out of club members is expected for an event which will also mark the graduation of the recent beginners’ running class which reached it conclusion on Monday evening.
