Cookstown Olympic report

COOKSTOWN Olympic had no league fixture last Saturday but possibly the deciding fixture for them this season will take place next Saturday 10th March when they travel to play their nearest rivals 3rd Ballyclare Old Boys.

Olympic have a six point advantage over Ballyclare but they have played three matches more than Ballyclare so this is a pivotal match as Olympic have a superior goal difference. After next Saturday Olympic will only have two matches to play while Ballyclare will have five remaining but will have to win them all to match Olympic if they can win their last two matches.

A bus will leave at twelve noon from the Dunleath Bar which has been Olympics’ main sponsor this season. Supporters are welcome to travel on the bus with a £5 cost to cover expenses.
