CraigavonClub are inthe medals

MEMBERS of the Craigavon Tae Kwon Do Club were among the medals at the Northern Ireland Championships in Banbridge.

There was a good turn out of competitors from all clubs and the standard was high in both the Patterns and Sparring categories.

Training times are:

Mondays - Dragons, 4-7 years old, 5.51pm to 6pm; seven years and above, 6pm to 7pm; adults, 7pm to 8pm.

Thursday - seven years and above, 6pm to 7pm; adults, 7pm to 8pm.

The venuew is Craigavon Leisure Centre.
