Cricket fundraiser

The Newbuildings Legends Day will feature four teams, a Geoff Wray 11, a Wesley Donnell 11, a Tom Cooke 11 and a Gordon McKeegan 11.

The event will start at 11.30am on the day which will be held at Glendermott Cricket Club and at Ebrington Primary School.

A full programme of entertainment for children and adults alike will be on offer as well. Food and refreshments as well as a concert featuring Northern Lights, Spangles, Indigo, Remo and many more will make for a fantastic days fun.

Organisers say they will be honoured to raise funds for the “wonderful people” of Foyle Search and Rescue and to have memembers of the organisation attend the event and are encouraging as many people as possible to come. A shuttle bus between both venues will also be in operation all day.
