Kee’s side win title

DONEMANA clinched their first league and Senior Cup double in 20 years at the weekend.

The Holm men had the destiny of the championship in their own hands going into the weekend as they were level on points with Bready but had one game extra to play and they knew two wins would be enough for the championship.

However results went their way and they clinched the Long’s Supervalu Senior One title on Saturday, after they defeated Coleraine, but more importantly Fox Lodge overcame fellow title contenders Bready.

That win incidentally for the Foxies means Glendermott now face Eglinton this weekend in a relegation/promotion play-off to Senior One.
