Leinster Lightning captain John Mooney took 4 for 8 as the North West Warriors collapsed to 20 for 5, still 24 behind Lightning, after the second day in the Newstalk Inter-Provincial game at Bready.

Earlier Craig Young took 5 for 37 as Leinster were reduced to 127 for 9 in reply to the NW first innings score of 176.

A last wicket stand of 93 between Fintan McAllister (48*) and Max Sorensen (42) saw Leinster total 220, a lead of 44.

Play on the third and final day gets under way at 11am and admission is free.
