Darts: Barbara Allen wins Dock Trophy

St John’s player Barbara Allen is this season’s winner of the Larne and District Ladies’ Darts League’s Dock Trophy.

Barbara defeated Ballylumford’s Jackie Hyslop 2-0 into reach the final, while Linda Swann (No. 1 Eagles) beat team-mate Edith Woods 2-0 in the other semi-final match.

In the best-of-five final it was Barbara who edged to a 3-2 win to claim the title.

Results: Semi-finals - Linda Swann (No. 1 Eagles) 2 v Edith Woods (No. 1 Eagles) 0; Barbara Allen (St John’s) 2 v Jackie Hyslop (Ballylumford) 0.

Final - Barbara Allen (St John’s) 3 v Linda Swann (No. 1 Eagles) 2.
