Declan gears upfor trip to Holland

Clann Eireann cyclist Declan Mulholland has been selected to represent Ireland at the Youth Olympics in Utrecht, Holland in July.

After the five stage selection races against the top riders in the country the 16-year-old, who with some aggressive riding, came out on top with no less than three wins, a second and fourth position to qualify him for selection.

Declan is now busy with his training in preparation for Holland, where he will compete against the top riders in Europe.

Clann Eireann Cycling Club would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Declan on his achievement and wish him good luck in Holland.
