Dessie powers to Euro title
Fresh from his success at the World Powerlifting Championships in South Africa, Dessie Scott from Ballymoney Powerlifting Club, won the European title in the Czech Republic taking the gold in all three disciplines - squat, bench press and dead lift.
Dessie trains at Gerry’s Gym in Coleraine where he is coached by Gerry McLaughlin.
Ballymoney Baptist Church are holding a Soccer Camp at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre from August 4th to 8th, 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
