Disappointing result for U11s

Banbridge Youth U11s 1

Seagoe Boys 2

BANBRIDGE Youth, after a few weeks of strong teamwork and matchplay, had a disappointing result against Seagoe Boys on Saturday.

With some good play at times from the Banbridge side this wasn’t enough to get a result against an improved Seagoe team

Seagoe scored first, which was closely followed by a penalty in the first half to leave the visitors 2-0 up at the break. In the second half Ben Berry continued to tally up his goal total with good reactions in the box to score after the Seagoe goalkeeper made a mistake.

Simon McAllister had a good attacking match and was very unlucky to score on a few occasions and man of the match was Russell Hilland for his good work rate throughout the match.
