Dollingstown President Hubert Watson said Dollingtown were hopeful that case will be heard today (Thursday)

He added: “Then if case goes ahead we would expect the judge’s decision on Friday but Dollingstown will not have any fixture this Saturday again in any league until the decision is reached

“So hopefully the hearing will go ahead and Dollingstown can get back to playing on the pitch where everything should have been decided last season rather than having to go through all this expense and time.”

Dollingstown are trying to get the High Court to reverse a ruling by an independent arbitration panel that would deny then promotion to the Championship.
