Doubles event will benefit pet charity
BALLYMENA Lawn Tennis Club is holding a charity event at the People's Park courts this Saturday, April 24.
The Round Robin tournament in aid of the PDSA an organisation which all over the UK and Ireland helps pet owners who love their animals but cannot always afford treatment when they are ill.
The club will raise a small donation and all members and non-members wishing to play will be very welcome.
The competition is a doubles event and partners will be drawn on the day.
Entry fee is 3 per player and the competition runs from 10.30am until 2pm.
