“It’s an honour and a priviledge for myself and Silver Fox to have been choosen as one of the six combinations to represent Ireland at the Championships and i’m really looking forward to it,” said Daniel.

“The last few weeks have disappeared so quickly with all the preparation needed, and there has been a lot of travel to various places for training.

“Silver Fox is looking as fit and well as i have ever seen him and the form is good, so fingers crossed that after the long journey to Poland he comes off the box fit and well and we have a chance to perform as best as we can.”

Daniel thanked the local sporting bodies who have helped him out in getting over to the event.
