While Last Thursday night the Annual League Pairs was held in the Drummond Hotel, Ballykelly and was pretty well supported throughout the league with 45 pairings declared at the deadline of two days before.

On the night 41 pairs entered at the first round stage and the standard was superb all night and that is credit to the league as a whole.

In the end the winners were team-mates in the Rising Sun A team in Conrad Watson and Sean McKinney

who arguably are two of the most stylish and high scoring darts players about so the two of them combined are a powerful force.

The league would like to congratulate the two players on their achievement on the night and this was Watson’s second Pairs title in a row having won last year with his partner then Paul Brown.

In terms of individual achievement on the night would have to go to Watson as he hit a magical 170 finish in the semi-final and it was needed as there opponents were in a super position.
