Eglantine and Suffolk go down

EGLANTINE and Suffolk took the final two relegation places to be decided in the Lisburn Indoor Bowling League.

With Aghagallon finishing bottom in Section A the final relegation spot went to Eglantine who finished level on points with Priesthill Methodist, but lost out on shots difference, -228 to -198.75.

The remaining issue to be decided was the Section B relegation spot and Rock beat Suffolk in the last game to send Suffolk down. Last season Rock also won the final game against St Clare’s A to send the Glenavy team down.
