Belfast Indoor Bowling Club entertained visitors Maghaberry A in week 12 of the Alexanders Lisburn and District Dart League, and what a cracker this turned out to be with both teams throwing fantastic darts for a 5-5 draw.

Hitting the target for B. I. B. C. were M. Ellis 2x100, G. Matthews 3x100, 125, J. Bunting 2x100,17 darts, M. Riddall 7x100, 140 and M. Ferguson 4x100, 20 darts.

Earning a share of the spoils for Maghaberry were S. Cocker 140,180, A. Johnston 3x100, M. Agnew 2x100, R. Ellis 100, M. Murdoch 3x100, 111 out shot for 21 darts.

Ballymacash at home had to pull out all the stops to beat Dunmurry Inn by 6-4.

Byrnes B welcomed Ballinderry to their Magheralin venue only lose in a one sided match 6-0.

Marketview proved to be too strong for Manor Inn when they met at their Smithfield venue by winning 6-2.

On target to take the spoils for the home side were K. Bowden 2x140, 150, 180, 95 out shot, 19 and 20 darts, H. Wilson, K. White 2x100, M. McKee 2x100, 116, 140, 156, 180, 20 darts, P. McGlynnn 121, 133, B. Jones 2x100.

Manor winners were E. Davis 2x100, 121, S. Beattie 2x100.

Reids Corner beat Catch My Pal at the Linfield bar 6-2.

Starring for Reids Corner were S. Crossey 2x100, 140, G. Walsh 3x100, D. McCallister 100, 140, S. Walsh, W. Penny 100, 2x140, A. Hull 100.

Replying for Catch My Pal were S. Wylie 100 out shot, T. Watson 100,2x140.

The Crows, who were at home, lost 6-4 to Byrnes A, no card received.

• The Linfield Bar in Bridge Street, Lisburn will be holding its annual Pairs Dart Tournament on Boxing Day,Dec 26.

There are already many top throwers signed up to compete for the £500 prize money on offer. Entry fee £8 per pair.
