What a play off it was,an exhibition it was some were calling it the Duel in the Sun but i think Duel at the Manor is more fitting.

Two players,Ulster cup team players, weekend golfing mates, long time friends, Charlie Hasson and Eddie O’Kane.

So it went to the 4th play off hole and to Dessie Gray’s delight and Harry Boyle’s dismay, Charlie Hasson won it for the Europeans .

So Seamus Maguire master of ceremonies and the Manor captain’s wife Kate Hasson presented the 2010 Ryder Cup at the Kilrea Manor to European captain Dessie Gray.
