Fenlon tipped for Dundee United job

FORMER Linfield player Pat Fenlon is being tipped to take over as boss at Dundee United.

The Scottish Premier League side have been given permission to speak with Fenlon who is with Bohemians.

If both clubs can agree a compensation package Fenlon will make the jump from the League of Ireland to the full-time set-up in Scotland.

After leaving Linfield, Pat went on to manage Shelbourne, Derry City and his present club Bohs.

Fenlon began his playing career with Chelsea in 1986. He spent four seasons at Linfield from 1993 to 1996.
