Meanwhile club training continues as usual with the popular Monday night session set to remain on the calender. Training times are as follows Monday and Tuesday evenings 6.15pm and Saturday morning 9.15am.

All the sessions are at the Michelin Athletic Club. Monday is a core stability circuit class followed by an easy 40 min run. Tuesday is a speed interval session including drills to improve stride length and leg speed. Saturday morning is an easier speed session followed by a strength power circuit.

The club welcomes new members of all levels and abilities from beginners and juniors through to advanced standard.
