Fit N Running trio produce top results in Terenure 5k event
It proved to be a worthwhile journey as personal best times were recorded by two of the group.
On a picturesque course temperatures of 16° greeted the large turnout and Mark McKinstry was among the front runners as he recorded a best for the distance to finish 7th in 25mins 48secs.

Hide AdConor Shiels clipped a massive 3 mins off his previous best to finish in 29mins 29 secs taking 52nd place.
Colin Apperley was 85th place just outside his best for the distance in a time of 30mins 42secs.
SPEED DEVELOPMENT COURSE
Fit N Running is beginning an 8 week speed development course this Wednesday, May 18 (7.30pm)
This course is beneficial to all sportspeople regardless of your sport (endurance or sprint based) or club.
Cost for each 8 week course is £20.

Fit N Running weekly sessions and times are as follows: Monday 615pm Recreational Run; Monday 730pm Beginners Run; Wednesday 615pm Conditioning Circuit class; Wednesday 730pm Speed development Course; Thursday 430pm Elite Development squad training ( Race preparation session);
Thursday 630pm Flexibility Class (Private Studio); Saturday 915am Elite Development squad training ( Race preparation session at various locations).
