Flute band raises £2,000 for Help for Heroes charity
CLOUGHFERN Young Conquerors Flute Band, in conjunction with Eastway Social Club, would like to thank its sponsors and those who supported its recent Help for Heroes charity night.
“We would like to thank the various acts who gave their time to help raise as much money as possible,” a spokesperson said. “We would like to send our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed towards this charity night and helped us raise 2,000 for this very worthwhile cause. The money has now been passed on to the Northern Ireland Co-ordinator for Help for Heroes.”
