FOOTBALL: Boxing day derby off

Coleraine's Boxing Day tie with Ballymena has been called off.

After consultation with the home clubs the following games are off:

Ballymena United –v- Coleraine

Linfield –v- Glentoran

Lisburn Distillery –v- Donegal Celtic

A decision on the two remaining games Cliftonville v Crusaders and Dungannon Swifts v Newry City, will be made no later than 10.00am on Monday, 27 December 2010.

Portstewart's league game with Sport and Leisure has been moved to Monday, January 3, weather permitting.

The IFA have issued a fixtures update:

WKD Core Intermediate Cup Round 2 - Institute v Banbridge Town, will now take place at Riverside Stadium, Drumahoe on Saturday 8 January 2011, kick-off 1.30pm.

The winner of the above match will play Limavady United / Armagh City in Round 3 on a date to be determined subject to club/s participation in the JJB Sports Irish Cup.

JJB Sports Irish Cup – postponements

Due to the continuing inclement weather, the following games which were postponed again on Saturday, 18 December 2010, have been rescheduled to be played as follows:-

Glebe Rangers –v- Nortel, to be played at Joey Dunlop Centre, Ballymoney, on Saturday, 15 January, Kick-off: 1.30 pm

Limavady United –v- Wakehurst, to be played at The Showgrounds, Limavady, on Saturday, 15 January, Kick-off: 3.00 pm

Harry Cavan Youth Cup

Coleraine Colts Harry Cavan Cup game with Rosario which was postponed on Saturday, December 18, will now be played on Saturday, 8 January
