FOOTBALL: Milk Cup County trials kick off in April

The County Londonderry Football Association will beginits search for players for the 2010 Milk Cup with open trials in April.

Final details of the trials will be published in Times Sport over the next few weeks and on the website www.countylondonderryfa.co.uk. The trials will take place in all four council areas in Londonderry, Coleraine, Limavady and Magherafelt.

This year for the first time a player registration form is available on the county website. All players who feel they are eligible should complete the form online as soon as possible.

To be eligible for selection players must be born on or after January 1, 1993 - Premier or January 1, 1995 - Junior. Also parents or guardians of players must live at a current address in Co Londonderry.

The Premier squad will be managed by Joe Doherty, while the Junior squad will be managed by Ollie Mullan.
