Academy girls get their kicks from coaching course
BALLYMENA Academy has signed up to the Vauxhall Post Primary Schools Programme organised by the Irish FA.
The 10 week programme involves developing football skills in post primary schools throughout Northern Ireland.
Mary Glass, PE teacher at Ballymena Academy said: “We are delighted to have the Vauxhall Post Primary Schools Programme in our school as it has helped us to set-up an after school club for girls.
“We had an excellent turn out for the first session and we anticipate even more as there is a real buzz about this club around the school.”
