Ally is Milk Cup mascot

ALLY McIlveen from Ballymena has won the chance to become a 2011 Milk Cup mascot after entering a recent competition by tournament sponsors, the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland.

The lucky seven year old is now set to ‘Milk it’ at the finals night during one of the largest youth sports events in the world.

Ally along with five other children throughout the country will be rubbing shoulders with upcoming international football stars of the future and lead the finalist teams onto the pitch at Ballymena Showgrounds as they kick off their matches on Friday, July 29.
