Awards hat-trick for Haveron

Haveron has been the model of consistency in the Amber shirt all season and it came as no surprise when he lifted the Player of the Trophy at Saturday’s bash, held in the Clarion Hotel. The former Ballymena United man was also named Players’ Player of the Year and the Spirit of ‘76 Supporters’ Club’s Player of the Year.

The club’s Young Player of the Year went to Conor McCloskey, while Jonny Addis picked up the Top Goalscorer award. Bryan Hanna, who carries out a lot of work behind the scenes at Taylor’s Avenue, won the Clubman of the Year trophy.

Addis, a firm fans’ favourite, was also named the supporters’ Young Player of the Year and Top Goalscorer.

Adam Simpson and Andrew Sloan shared the Spirit of ‘76 Clubman of Year title.

At Under-19 level Curtis Bell took home the Top Goalscorer prize, Ben McQuillan won Players’ Player of the Year and Marc Neill was named Player of the Year.
