DUNLOY 3 KILBRIDE SWIFTS 5

This was a cracking game and with this win Kilbride served notice they will be a hard team to beat in the run in as Dunloy are not an easy team to beat either home or away. Ryan Caskey and Lee Collington each scored twice and a goal from Lee Ferguson were the Kilbride scorers with Kevin McAllister 2 and Eddie McCloskey replying for Dunloy. Referee Mr. Kenny Bigger

RASHARKIN UNITED 4 CLOUGH RANGERS ATH 4

Both teams had a number of new January signings on view and on this performance they have certainly improved their capabilities. Rasharkin took the lead on the 8th minute through Ryan Craig but the second goal in the game did not come until Joe Patton scored for Rasharkin on the 44th minute. Clough got back into the game on the 49th minute after David Nicholl converted a penalty but a penalty converted by Ryan Craig on the 51st minute saw Rasharkin two goals in front again.

Clough cut the deficit on the 53rd minute when Nigel Boyd scored following a corner kick then levelled the game when David Nicholl scored his second goal on the 58th minute. Clough went in front after David Nicholl completed his hat-trick when converting a penalty on the 64th minute.

It was then the turn of Rasharkin to chase the game getting the equaliser when Lee Barr scored on the 80th minute of a pulsating game. Referee Mr. David Gillen

Honours were shared by both teams during the first twenty minutes of the game then on the 25th minute Conor McKenna scored putting Ballymoney into the lead. Half-time was then looming when Gerry Mullan scored the equaliser for Ballynure setting the game finely balanced for the second half. Ballynure went in front after Ryan Davey scored on the 55th minute but straight away Ballymoney equalised after Jon McCormick scored on the 56th minute. Chances came and went for both teams after this goal and with the result heading for a draw up popped Steve Lyons to nip through and score the winner for Ballymoney on the 84th minute.

DIVISION TWO

CARNLOUGH SWIFTS 4 WAKEHURST STROLLERS 4

The Strollers took the lead after Jason Johnston scored on the 20th minute but then goals scored by Conal Ward and Brendan McDermott saw Carnlough in the lead at half-time. Stuart McKinney equalised for the Strollers on the 47th minute followed by Ian McCracken scoring on the 60th minute putting them in front. Carnlough hit back with Niall McAllister scoring only to see Jason Johnston scoring on the 75th minute putting the Strollers back in front. Carnlough came back strong after this getting a deserved equaliser when Chris Matthews scored with stoppage time being played. Referee Mr. Harry Dunseith

BALLYCLARE NORTH END 7 FINVOY 3

This was a welcome win for North End who went in front after Robert Watson scored on the 6th minute the followed up with a second goal scored by Michael Plant on the 11th minute. North End went on to score three more goals before half-time through William Sharkey 20th, Robert Watson 25th and Craig Gilmore 40th minutes. Finvoy came back strong in the second half and goals from Calum McCooke on the 75th minute and Jon Smyth on the 80th and 82nd minutes saw them in with a chance. North End then upped the tempo and goals from Jamie Magill and Robert Watson on the 88th and 90th minutes sealed the win.

ROUND 4

GLEBE RANGERS RES 4 CARNINY AMS II 1

At half-time in this Cup Tie a goal scored by Gareth Henry on the 20th minute saw Glebe in front then on the 50th minute a second goal scored by Gareth Henry saw Glebe double their lead. Carniny hit back immediately with Kevin Coogan scoring in the 55th minute but this was cancelled out when Gareth Henry completed his hat-trick on the 65th minute. Carniny tried hard to get back into the game but goals scored by Jeremy Parkhill and Jackie Morrison on the 80th and 86th minutes ensured the win for Glebe.
