Saturday Morning League club Braid United recently held a charity match between the current team and a team of Braid ‘old boys’ to raise funds for the unit.

The ‘old boys’ won the fixture 3-2 but, more importantly, the event raised £500 for the unit and the cheque was handed over last week.
