BALLYMENA United Youth Academy had six sides resplendent in their new kits at the weekend, all sponsored by McBurney Transport, and it certainly seemed to do no harm on the day as all six returned undefeated.

The under 14s bagged the derby bragging right in a tight game against North End while the under 13s remain top of the National League after an away draw at an excellent Glenavon side.

All the Lisburn league sides returned unbeaten from their travels, the under 13 development side in particular now starting to show good form as their season progresses.
