Carniny Under 10s enjoy Rangers experience

CARNINY Youth Under 10s had an incredible weekend with their trip to Glasgow Rangers last weekend.

When the boys arrived on the Friday afternoon the team had a tour of Ibrox Stadium including the famous Blue Room and trophy room.

This was followed by receiving a coaching session from the Rangers Academy coaching staff to top up their skills.

On the Saturday they got a tour of the state of the art Murray Park training ground, home of the first team.

After that they played the Rangers youth academy and it was there that the team done themselves proud when they got a deserved 4-4 draw and a narrow 2-1 defeat.

On the Sunday Carniny rounded off a great weekend when they played Scottish side Queens Park and although they were beaten convincingly the boys gained valuable experience against quality opposition.

Carniny would like to thank Glasgow Rangers for an excellent well organised weekend.
