Carniny Youth FC round-up: U-12s blow hot and ‘Cole’!

A 4-2 win over Coleraine Youth Academy by the under 12’s flew the flag for the town of Ballymena in Saturday’s National League ‘derby’ tie at Ballymena Showgrounds keeping the local boys top of their division.

The 15s were unable to carry on the good form of last week’s heroics against Linfield going down to Foyle Harps up in the Maiden City by five goals to nil as they bring their league season to a close.

James McClean and Callum McGall were outstanding for the 13’s who earned a respectable draw away to high flying Oxford United in Northern Irelands ‘elite’ National Youth League made up of the country’s top youth sides.
