Eddie Seydak’s side defeated Letterkenny Rovers U19 2-0 at Aura Leisure Centre, last night (Wednesday), thanks to goals from Paul Ramsey and Joshua Tracey.

The win moved City a point clear of Dundalk at the top of the table and if they secure a victory at Lakeside, Aileach FC, on Saturday (KO 2pm), they will win the section and also move into the Promotion Play-Off Group alongside Dundalk, Limerick and Mervue United, with the top two from the play-off group gaining promotion to the Elite Division for the 2014/15 season.
