Connor wins award

Connor, who is one of the club’s community coaches on a Friday evening and also plays for the under 19 squad, was also named young volunteer of the year.

A fantastic achievement for Gareth who will be presented with his awards at a prestigious gala evening on Wednesday, November 21, at the Belfast City Hall.

Former Northern Ireland great Pat Jennings, England’s World Cup hero Sir Geoff Hurst and former Manchester United coach Eric Harrison, who coached the likes of Paul Scholes, David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt, Gary & Phil Neville at youth level at Old Trafford, will be in attendance on the evening to present the awards to all the winners.
