The Candystripes, who face St Patrick’s Athletic in next month’s final, were getting a new team picture taken at the Brandywell when the bench the front row were sitting on gave way.

Skipper Barry Molloy, striker Rory Patterson, Patrick McEleney, Michael Duffy and manager Peter Hutton all fell to the ground much to the amusement of the rest of the squad, but thankfully all concerned just got up laughing and the bench was replaced.
