The Candystripes, who have suffered three league defeats in their last four games and they were dumped out of the EA Sports Cup following a dreadful semi-final display at home to Drogheda United on Monday evening, travel to the Belfield Bowl with a number of injury concerns.

Skipper Kevin Deery is likely to be out for a number of weeks after his knee injury has flared up again, while Stewart Greacen is extremely doubtful with a similar problem.

Centre-back Ryan McBride may return along with Ruaidhri Higgins after they both missed the Drogs defeat, while Eoghan Osbourne is also available for selection.

Prior to training on Wednesday, Devine spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin.
