FC Larne see off North End
FC Larne are in second place in the Ballymena and Provincial League Junior Division Two table after they defeated Ballyclare North End 4-1 on Saturday.
Larne were in front in the fifth minute when Cameron Rhys slotted the ball home after a mistimed clearance by a North End player.
North End got back on level terms on 10 minutes courtesy of a good goal from Paul Nelson but then fell behind again when Phil Mawhinney netted for Larne in the 20th minute.
The Sandy Bay side extended their lead on 38 minutes through Gareth Mullan and a second-half goal from Alan Burgess rounded things off nicely for the home side. Referee Mr. Mark O’Neill
