The first chance of the match fell to Dromore after 6 minutes as a ball over the top by Louise Kelly was well controlled by Kerry Taggart but she blazed over after doing the hard work.

Coleraine took the lead with their first chance of the game on 11 minutes after a corner was only partially cleared before being volleyed past Amy-Louise Graham who was standing in for the unavailable Michelle Stevens.

Dromore were back on level terms after 21 minutes as an attempted overhead kick by Kerry Taggart was handled by the Coleraine defender with Kerry slotting home the resulting penalty.

The ladies in black and yellow were almost out in front just five minutes later as Louise Kelly won the ball inside the Coleraine half and put in a cross that was narrowly missed by Emma McClements but it wasn’t long before Emma got on the score sheet as a Tracy Orr corner after 30 minutes was headed in at the near post by her.

Dromore went 3-1 up after 38 minutes as another Tracy Orr corner was sent in and flicked onto the foot of Deborah Douglas to finish off from 10 yards out.

Just two minutes later Dromore got their 4th of the game as another corner by Tracy was met by Kerry Taggart, whose shot was deflected out to Michelle Orr before being volleyed home for her first of the season.

At half time Amy-Louise Graham and Tracy Orr swapped around in nets and not long into the second half Coleraine took the lead as a shot from 20 yards beat Tracy low to her right.

Rebekah Maguire came on for Michelle Orr after 62 minutes. Dromore almost restored their three goal lead but Amy-Louise Graham was denied by the crossbar from her free kick but just 10 minutes later Rebekah Maguire added Dromores fifth as a Deborah Douglas shot skidded under the keeper before Rebekah tapped in.

Deborah Douglas almost added Dromores 6th and her second of the game straight from the kick off but hit over when through but none the less it was a great performance by her and all the Dromore girls as they look to move up the table.

Next up for Dromore is Donegal Celtic who sit six points ahead of them but with DC still to play the top two third place isn’t out of Dromore’s reach just yet.
