The Swifts took the lead before Ricky Moore picked out Lee Graham who beat a defender and found the bottom corner to make it 1-1. It was Graham’s 27th goal of the campaign.

Mossley had hammered Bangor 7-1 earlier this year but there was to be no repeat of that free-scoring performance.

Errors proved costly for the visitors at Spafield Park and the men from North Down netted again to bag all three points, consigning Mossley to a third league defeat of the season.

The result leaves Garry Campbell’s side third in the Division 1C table.

They will be aiming to bounce back when they entertain 10th-placed Saintfield on Saturday (2pm).

Elsewhere, Nortel’s Premier Division clash at home to Derriaghy CC was postponed.
