Good effort from Lurgan Town Mid Ulster U12 team

THE Lurgan Town U12s almost staged an amazing comeback against Armagh in a must win League Cup game.

In the opening stages Lurgan performed well but conceded two goals within minutes of each other.

The second half saw Armagh get an early third but two wonder goals from Lewis McKinley staged a fight back from Lurgan. The first was an excellent half volley and his second was a 20 yard free kick.

There were plenty of positives to take with a great fighting spirit lead by players of the match Callum Magee and Lewis McKinley.
