Rangers skipper Aaron Harmon netted the only goal of the game at Dixon Park as rivals Institute and Knockbreda played out a 0-0 draw at the Riverside Stadium.

Now Harmon is targeting another big three points with a win in Monday night’s clash at Breda Park.

“We have played them (Knockbreda) twice already this season. They put us out of the Intermediate Cup and we played them in a league game down there that eventually got called off. We haven’t beaten them yet and we know how hard it’s going to be.

“They are a really good side ... we know a lot of their players and how strong they are so, again, it’s going to be a battle but we all know there are no easy games in this league.

“We have four really hard games left and we know we are just going to have to take each one at a time and try to grind out victories.”

Asked if the confidence is there in the squad to go on and achieve promotion, Harmon was unequivacol in his response.

“Yeah, definitely. Big time,” he said. “We know we can win every game. We set ourselves a target with seven games left to win all seven. We have won three in a row now so we’ve just got to crack on and try and win the next four.”

On his match-winning goal against Ballyclare, he added: “To get the winner was brilliant. It was an important three points.”
