“My only goal this season really is to get games under my belt and try to do as well as I can,” Robinson said.

“I know the whole club wants to get into the Premiership and the manager made it very clear he wants to get there.

“I thought we all did well on Saturday, but we know we have to forget about that match and move on to Donegel Celtic now.

“It’s important we go there and try to do the same as we did on Saturday.”

Five goals and three red cards meant it was an eventful encounter as the two teams clashed at Inver Park.

“I thought we did well in the first half and in the second it was disappointing with our two red cards, but we showed good composure to carry on,” he added.

“I took a lot of confidence from the first goal and the very good pre-season we had helped us to kick on in the second half when we had the nine men.

“I think we’re starting to gel as a team as it showed on Saturday and I think it’ll take a while to fully know everyone’s game.

“We’re quite a versatile team, a lot of players can play in different positions and that’s really helping out.”
