It’s double delight at Dixon Park with Ballyclare Comrades having landed not one, but two, home cup draws during the past week.
The reward for thrashing Larne in the Irish Cup is a home draw against Kilmore Rec in the fifth round on January 11, and this keeps alive the prospect of being paired with one of the Premiership big guns in the next round.
The Reds were equally fortunate when the draw was made for the fourth round of the IFA Intermediate Cup, when they were first out of the hat against old rivals Dundela, who will be at Dixon Park on January 25.
