All supporters are reminded ahead of the Boxing Day game against Portadown that alcohol, glass containers, glass bottles and fireworks are prohibited from all public areas within Mourneview Park.

Due to health and safety restrictions all tins and plastic bottles of drink (with tops attached) will also be banned from all the stands.

In accordance with Glenavon’s Safety Certificate issued by Craigavon Council this game has been designated ‘all ticket’ and tickets will not be available for sale at the ground before kick off.

Trained search/security personnel are being drafted into the ground to assist Portadown and GFC stewards to search persons for any prohibited items.

Any person detected trying to bring any such item into the ground or Stands will have it confiscated and be denied access if they don’t co-operate.

In the safety interests of all persons attending the match anyone deemed drunk will not be permitted through the turnstiles. The club ask for your co-operation with any directions given by the stewards.

Bus times for fans for Warrenpoint and Linfield games are as follows:

The Triangle Glenavon SC bus to Warrenpoint on Friday night leaves Mourneview Park at 6.15pm and Moira at 6.30pm.

The William Walker and Victoria combined bus for the match at Linfield on New Years Day will leave Mourneview Park at 1.45pm.
