There are five games scheduled in the Premier Division this Saturday.

Newbuildings United Res v Caw

The home side have yet to play a league game so they will be anxious to get up and running. Their aim this season will to bring young players through to the first team as well as maintaining their Premiership status.

Caw after an opening day win will want to build on that, they had a poor season last time and have added a number of players to their ranks.

Prediction: Score draw

BBOB v Drummond

The Old Boys were without a game last week not ideal at the beginning of a league campaign, they may still be missing one or two players for this one but still have a formidable panel.

Drummond battled hard to get a point against a good Tullyally side last week so their new management team will have been pleased and will look for more of the same.

Prediction: BBOB

Claudy Rovers v Lincoln Courts

Claudy will hope that at long last they get a game after two weeks with nothing. Manager Ryan McDaid is very confident that his troops will be a match for anyone and when you look at his panel you can see why.

The Courts after their opening day defeat were impressive in last weeks win over neighbours Irish Street, manager Kolyn Patterson is used to success and will demand the same again this Saturday.

Prediction: Claudy Rovers

Tullyally v Ardmore

The Colts have started off with two draws and now they take on their unbeaten neighbours, they will be hoping their strike force of Andy Cooke and Richard Kayne start hitting the target.

Damien McGee has been delighted by his sides start to the season, especially his strike force who have scored eight in those opening two games, two sides who like to knock it about.

Prediction: Ardmore

Irish Street v Foyle Wanderers

After Stuart Moore’s departure, Irish Street’s display’s have been disappointing so far, they have conceded eight goals in two defeats and this must be addressed immediately.

Wanderers thought last weeks scoreline against Ardmore flattered the home side, Ardmore may disagree, they will see this one as a game they should win.

Prediction: Foyle Wanderers
