JBE sponsorship boost for Northend United Youth FC
JBE Mechanical Electrical, one of this country’s leading mechanical and electrical services groups, has come in as main sponsor of Northend United Youth Football Club’s Football Development Centre. The Club, formed in Ballymena during 2003, is a highly successful cross community youth football club and was recently only the second ever club in Northern Ireland to have been awarded with the highly prestigious Irish FA Club Excellence Mark 2 Star Award.
Northend United chairman Johnny Sayers said: “It is great that JBE Mechanical Electrical Ltd have come on board with us, as a volunteer organisation we try our utmost to give young people in Ballymena and further afield, the best opportunity to participate and develop in grassroots and youth football.

Wakehurst 2, Valley Rangers 2: Jack Anderson gave Wakehurst the lead when he slipped the ball past the Rangers keeper following a superb Tom Campbell through ball but Valley equalised in the second half.
Jamie Stevenson put Wakehurts back in front but Valley scored a late equaliser after a short back-pass was intercepted.
