Johnstone signs new contract at Moneyslane

Moneyslane FC Club Manager David Johnstone has signed a new contract and confirmed he is staying on for season 2014-15.

The news that the experienced UEFA A Badge holder would be staying with the club next season was warmly welcomed appreciation being given to DJ and his backroom staff Ricky Graham, John Davenport, Steven Patterson and Iain Anderson.

Well done to Mark Ervine and Jason Fairley as they completed their IFA Level 1 course at Richhill Rec.

From David Johnstone, the Club Manager who holds his UEFA A Badge, right down through the club, Moneyslane aim to provide the best coaching for their family club.

Elsewhere, the Moneyslane Family are honoured and humbled to support Barbara Jardine’s efforts for the Southern Area Hospice and that the Hospice are their recognised charity for the Legends Day. Massive appreciation to Lucy Cowan Legends Event Chairperson for her efforts in organising and delivering the Legends Project.

Barbara commented: “I would like to say a huge thank you to the Club for your very generous and kind donation to the Southern Area Hospice for my up and coming challenge Hell and Back on June 14. I can’t thank you enough for your support and a special thanks to my brother Colin Jardine for surprising me with this fantastic gesture from you all. I will be giving it wellie for hellie on the day.”

Meanwhile, Moneyslane will welcome a host of Manchester United Legend players, who will play Moneyslane Football Club Select, during a exhibition match at the Grand Opening of the new club complex at Jubilee Park, Moneyslane, on August 2.

A Manchester United Legend Gala Ball & Auction will be held in the Europa Hotel, Belfast after the match on Saturday August 2. Tickets for the evening Gala ball are £50pp Tables of 10 are £500.
